The Roadside Assistance Subscription provides assistance services for breakdowns and accidents, upon request, for all vehicles immobilized due to a road incident, if they are within the subscription’s validity period.
Now you can purchase the Roadside Assistance Subscription through over 11,000 un-doi Payment Center locations across the country. Visit one of the un-doi Payment Center partner stores, purchase the subscription and benefit from the following guaranteed services:

1. Towing & Recovery
The subscription covers towing of the immobilized vehicle up to a maximum of 200 km traveled by the towing crew/incident.

2. Breakdown & Repair
The subscription ensures the dispatch of an intervention team to fix the following roadside situations: flat tire, dead battery, lack of fuel, minor electrical or mechanical failures.

3. Wheel Service
In case of wheel failure, you have guaranteed roadside repair, and if intervention is not possible, you’ll receive vehicle transportation.

4. Wrong Fuel Assistance
The subscription offers free telephone assistance and guidance in case of wrong fuel filling.

5. 24/7 Service
You can enjoy the benefits of the Roadside Assistance subscription non-stop, with the ability to call for service whenever you need it.

The service is exclusively available for passenger vehicles registered in Romania. Roadside Assistance subscriptions are concluded for 12 months, with advance payment for the entire period.
